Deck overview

Atraxa, Praetors' Voice is the engine of a four-color poison/proliferate deck, not a hidden commander. The primary plan is to land an early poison counter on every opponent, then use Atraxa's end-step proliferate to convert one counter per turn into lethal poison, accelerating with Tekuthal, Vorinclex, Flux Channeler, Viral Drake, and Radstorm. The secondary path is a creature crackback: Natural Order or Finale of Devastation into Craterhoof Behemoth, or a hasty Skithiryx. A heavy interaction suite of free counterspells, removal, and tax pieces buys time and answers hate. The deck functions without Atraxa, but noticeably slower, so the commander remains the main accelerator.
