Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed Naya Equipment strategy commanded by Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER. The primary game plan revolves around deploying potent, high-impact Equipment on the early turns, then casting Cloud on Turn 4 to bypass steep equip costs through his automatic attachment ability. Because Cloud has native haste, he attacks immediately, drawing cards and creating Treasure tokens to fuel further development. The deck rapidly converts this card advantage and burst mana into lethal pressure using damage multipliers, evasion, and additional combat phases from cards like Aggravated Assault, Genji Glove, and Tifa, Martial Artist. An expansive tutor suite ensures exceptional access to specific weapons, while a premier suite of protective spells—such as Flawless Maneuver, Heroic Intervention, and Clever Concealment—shields the board against wipes and spot removal. In addition to standard Voltron knockouts, the deck features the game-ending combo of Godo, Bandit Warlord and Helm of the Host.
