Noctis, Prince of Lucis leads a low-curve Esper artifacts/control combo deck. The primary plan is the two-card Thassa's Oracle kill-Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact plus Thassa's Oracle-assembled through an unusually dense tutor suite and Ad Nauseam or Bolas's Citadel card advantage. A secondary engine loops Sensei's Divining Top with Bolas's Citadel and Aetherflux Reservoir. Noctis acts as a recursion backup, replaying key artifacts from the graveyard for 3 life, while lifelink offsets Ad Nauseam, fetchland, and pain-land payments. This is a flexible, interaction-heavy cEDH list with no hidden commander; the default win does not depend on Noctis.
