Deck overview

This Orzhov spellslinger deck harnesses the synergy between the Repartee and Prepared mechanics. Commanded by Abigale, Poet Laureate // Heroic Stanza, the deck turns every creature cast into a prepared state, unlocking cheap targeted sorcery copies via Heroic Stanza. These targeted spells trigger a wide array of Repartee payoffs, creating evasive Inkling tokens, distributing team-wide +1/+1 counters, and draining opponents life totals. Backed by highly efficient Orzhov removal spells that double as engine triggers, the deck controls opposing boards while compounding combat pressure. While weak to mass exile effects and lacking heavy countermagic, the list maintains strong resilience through dense redundancy and multiple low-cost reanimation spells.
