Deck overview

This mono-blue combo list breaks singleton restrictions by running 30 copies of Sphinx's Approach. The primary plan is straightforward: use tutors like Transit Mage and Fabricate or mana rocks to deploy Thrumming Stone by Turn 5. On Turn 6, casting a single Sphinx's Approach triggers ripple 4, triggering a chain reaction through the deck's high density of identical spells. As each copy resolves, you draw two cards and exile sets of five to put Sphinx of the Chimes, Quantum Riddler, and Sphinx of the Second Sun directly onto the battlefield. This chain draws almost the entire library while building high blue devotion. Once the stack clears, you cast Thassa's Oracle with your remaining mana to close the game on the spot. The deck sacrifices interaction and stax to maximize combo reliability, making it susceptible to well-timed artifact removal and countermagic.
