Deck overview

This Temur deck commands Iroh, Grand Lotus to convert the graveyard into an expansive second hand. In the early game, cheap ramp spells and looting effects like Faithless Looting, Consider, and Pieces of the Puzzle sculpt your hand while loading the graveyard with spells and Lessons. Deploying Iroh on turn 5 gives non-Lesson spells flashback equal to their mana cost and Lessons flashback for just {1}. This explosive mana efficiency enables cheap token generation via Mascot Exhibition and Elemental Summoning, rapid card draw via Teachings of the Archaics, and relentless velocity. The primary route to victory culminates on turn 6 by harnessing Mana Geyser or Storm-Kiln Artist to cast a massive Crackle with Power or an overloaded Mizzix's Mastery, burning all three opponents out in a single decisive turn. The deck remains highly resilient to commander removal thanks to redundant graveyard engines like Past in Flames.
