Deck overview

This Bant deck is built around Derevi as both a value engine and an untap/tap tool. The primary plan is to land Derevi, make evasive attacks that draw cards, then turn a wide token board into lethal damage with Beastmaster Ascension or Finale of Devastation. The secondary, faster plan is the Intruder Alarm combo: a tap-to-make-a-token creature plus Intruder Alarm creates an arbitrarily large army. The deck is not built around a hidden commander; Derevi is the engine, while the combo and token beatdown can both function without her. The combination of untap effects and token synergies gives it both a resilient midrange plan and a compact combo finish.
