Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Naya Equipment Voltron and combat deck commanded by Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER. The primary strategy focuses on deploying efficient 1-2 CMC mana ramp and high-impact Equipment during the opening turns. On Turn 4, the pilot casts Cloud, who immediately attaches an Equipment for free upon entering and attacks with haste. Hitting the 7-power threshold generates continuous card draw and Treasure tokens, turning Cloud into a self-fueling card and mana engine while threatening lethal commander damage. The deck backs up its combat plan with an expansive suite of protection spells—including phasing and indestructible effects—many of which are tutorable at instant speed with Sunforger. In addition to linear combat damage, the list packs powerful extra-combat synergies and a compact two-card infinite combo in Godo, Bandit Warlord and Helm of the Host. Strong tutor redundancy ensures seamless access to key gear, creating a fast, resilient, and proactive combat experience.
