Deck overview

This is a classic Golgari Elfball deck helmed by Lathril, Blade of the Elves. The plan is to flood the board with Elf mana dorks and token producers, convert that density into explosive mana via Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, Circle of Dreams Druid, and Wirewood Channeler, then close through combat overruns (Craterhoof Behemoth, Triumph of the Hordes, Ezuri, Renegade Leader), infinite-mana loops with Staff of Domination or Umbral Mantle, or Lathril's tap-ten drain. Secondary reach comes from drain ETBs (Shaman of the Pack, Skemfar Shadowsage) and death-trigger engines (Poison-Tip Archer, Elderfang Venom). Lathril is a strong token engine and alternate win button but is not required for the combos or the combat finishers living in the 99; the deck functions as a self-contained Elf tribal value pile with or without her.
