Deck overview

This is a mono-red group-slug burn deck that tries to multiply small noncombat damage into a one-shot finish. The primary plan is to resolve Solphim, Mayhem Dominus early, then follow it with global pings, enchantment taxes, and 'each opponent' burn; the cleanest secondary line is Heartless Hidetsugu tapping with Solphim in play for exactly lethal from 40 life. Torbran, Toralf, Artist's Talent, and Fire Servant act as backup multipliers, with Toralf as the closest thing to a hidden commander because Blasphemous Act turns its excess-damage trigger into a chain. The deck lacks tutors, recursion, and stack protection, so it depends on drawing the right amplifier and payoff.
