Deck overview

This mono-blue deck combines an evasive flying token strategy with an instant-speed flicker combo finish. Led by Cynette, Jelly Drover, the early game focuses on deploying efficient mana rocks and drawing cards using coastal piracy effects like Enduring Curiosity and Curiosity Crafter. Cynette generates flying Jellyfish tokens that pressure life totals and trigger draw engines. Meanwhile, the deck uses Wizardcycling tutors like Step Through and Vedalken Aethermage to assemble its primary win condition: Naru Meha, Master Wizard and Ghostly Flicker. On Turn 6, this combo generates infinite mana and flickers Archaeomancer or Illusionist's Stratagem to draw the entire deck and win instantly with Laboratory Maniac.
