Prosper, Tome-Bound by sombro

Format: Commander

Commander: Prosper, Tome-Bound

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Prosper, Tome-Bound is the centerpiece of a Rakdos exile-value deck. The primary plan is to cast Prosper early, play cards from exile every turn, and use the resulting Treasures to chain into larger spells. Secondary paths use Chandra planeswalkers, Etali, and Fevered Suspicion to generate free or discounted spells, while Goldspan Dragon and Academy Manufactor multiply the artifact count. The deck closes with Marionette Master drains fueled by sacrificed Treasures, Clues, and Foods, plus combat from haste dragons and stolen creatures. There is no hidden commander; Wyll is included as a standalone dice payoff. The deck generates substantial card advantage but lacks counterspells, enchantment removal, and dedicated protection for its engine.
