Deck overview

This is a blue artifact combo-control deck led by Bilbo, Thief in the Night. It uses cheap mana, three cost reducers, top-library engines, and a dense counterspell suite to assemble a Sensei's Divining Top loop with Mystic Forge or an attached The Reality Chip. With Bilbo and one reducer, Top can be cast from the top for no mana; the loop supplies storm for Brain Freeze or draws into Laboratory Maniac or Aetherflux Reservoir. Bilbo also recasts graveyard artifacts, instants, and sorceries after attacking. The hidden commander is Bilbo, Luckwearer: its creature face provides unblockable card filtering, while Burglar's Plot is a situational same-type permanent exchange. The deck is built to use the creature face.
