Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon Tribal stompy deck led by Ureni of the Unwritten. The strategy focuses on accelerating through the early turns using dense mana ramp and Dragon cost-reducers to cast Ureni ahead of curve on Turn 5. Upon entering and attacking, Ureni digs eight cards deep to cheat massive Dragons like Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Atarka, World Render, and Lathliss, Dragon Queen directly onto the battlefield. Power-based card draw engines like Garruk's Uprising and Temur Ascendancy refill the hand as these giants arrive. The deck overwhelms opponents with high-power flying combat damage, often augmented by double strike and haste. While highly explosive and resilient to single-target removal due to immediate ETB value, the strategy is vulnerable to well-timed board sweepers and lacks dedicated tutor packages.
