A New Type of Villain by LordHadron

Format: Commander

Commander: Sevinne, the Chronoclasm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a spellslinger build helmed by Sevinne, the Chronoclasm, leveraging the command zone to copy the first instant or sorcery cast from the graveyard each turn. The strategy fills the graveyard with flashback spells, then re-casts them for value, generating tokens via Young Pyromancer, Talrand, Sky Summoner, and Quintorius, Field Historian while pinging opponents with Guttersnipe and Ral, Storm Conduit. A robust recursion suite - Snapcaster Mage, Torrential Gearhulk, Lier, Disciple of the Drowned - ensures the engine keeps running. Primary win conditions are repeated direct damage and a wide token swarm; a compact copy-spell loop (Harmonic Prodigy + Sevinne) doubles the copy output, while Pariah/Pariah's Shield on Sevinne makes the commander essentially invulnerable (redirected damage is prevented).
