New Untitled Deck by The-God-Frogger

Format: Commander

Commander: Olivia, Opulent Outlaw

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Mardu "outlaw" tribal deck led by Olivia, Opulent Outlaw, built around the combat damage synergy of Assassins, Mercenaries, Rogues, Warlocks, and Pirates. The primary game plan is to build a growing board of outlaw creatures, generate Treasure tokens through Olivia's ability and cards like Mine Raider, then either pump the team with Olivia's activated ability or with anthems like All-Out Assault and Fervent Charge to push lethal combat damage. The deck has no infinite combos; it wins through attrition warfare and gradual value accumulation. Secondary lines include stealing cards via Laughing Jasper Flint and recurring key pieces with Back in Town or Offspring's Revenge. The commander is a valuable engine but not essential-the deck can execute its plan with the outlaws support cards in the 99.
