Deck overview

This mono-green deck is an aggressive Voltron and Landfall hybrid helmed by Tifa Lockhart. The core plan focuses on accelerating mana rapidly with low-cost ramp spells, deploying Tifa on Turn 2, and exploiting her geometric power doubling via landfall triggers. Because Tifa inherently possesses trample, any single-turn influx of lands from spells like Entish Restoration, Planar Engineering, or fetchlands transforms her into a lethal one-hit commander damage threat. In addition to commander damage, the list includes powerful standalone landfall threats like Mossborn Hydra, Greensleeves, Maro-Sorcerer, and Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, ensuring the deck remains dangerous even if Tifa is repeatedly removed. Protective spells such as Heroic Intervention and Overprotect safeguard key combat windows against opposing removal.
