Katara, Waterbending Master leads a mono-blue flash/tempo deck that treats opponents' turns as extra main phases. It generates experience counters with instant-speed cantrips and interaction, then converts Katara's attack trigger into massive hand advantage. The primary finish is Twenty-Toed Toad, which wins by attacking with a full grip; secondary paths are a pumped, unblockable Katara using Nerd Rage/Stark's Ingenuity and a growing Ominous Seas board. The commander is both the card-draw engine and, with Nerd Rage/Stark's, a potential commander-damage threat. No true hidden commander exists; Irma, Part-Time Mutant can duplicate Katara's text to accelerate experience gain, but the deck is built around Katara.
