Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed competitive Commander combo deck centered around Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both a win condition and a massive mana engine. When paired with damage-trigger draw effects like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout, every noncreature spell you cast triggers Vivi to deal 1 damage to each opponent, drawing three fresh cards. This creates a self-sustaining storm chain fueled by 0-mana artifacts, rituals, and free interaction. As Vivi accumulates +1/+1 counters, its {0} activated ability produces a large burst of colored mana to cast higher-cost spells and close the game on the spot with direct noncombat damage. Backed by elite free countermagic, fast tutors, and independent backup lines such as Underworld Breach and Quicksilver Elemental, the deck consistently threatens protected Turn 2 to 3 table wins.
