Deck overview

This Selesnya deck operates as a high-speed competitive stax-combo engine designed to assemble and execute the Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista infinite combo as early as Turn 3. Powered by an elite suite of 0-and-1 mana acceleration—including Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Mana Vault, and one-drop mana dorks—the deck rapidly deploys its combo pieces or establishes asymmetric stax locks. High tutor redundancy through cards like Enlightened Tutor, Eladamri's Call, Ranger-Captain of Eos, and Urza's Saga ensures consistent access to both halves of the combo. Opponents are suppressed by disruptive hatebears like Drannith Magistrate, Deafening Silence, and Collector Ouphe, which hinder fast opposing win attempts while leaving the creature-centric game plan unaffected. When initiating the win, silence effects like Silence and Grand Abolisher shut down opposing interaction, allowing the infinite damage loop to close the game instantly without passing the turn.
