Deck overview

This mono-green stompy deck is built around Ghalta, Primal Hunger, leveraging fast mana acceleration and high-power mid-game creatures to deploy a 12/12 trample commander for as little as two green mana. The engine pairs aggressive board development with power-scaling draw engines like Garruk's Uprising, Rishkar's Expertise, and Return of the Wildspeaker to draw double-digit cards and maintain relentless momentum. Combat enhancements such as Unnatural Growth, The Skullspore Nexus, and Surrak and Goreclaw double power and grant haste, turning massive bodies into lethal threats capable of eliminating players in single combat steps. The deck defends its board with efficient protective instants like Heroic Intervention and Tamiyo's Safekeeping, while utilizing fight spells and repeatable naturalize triggers from Kogla, the Titan Ape to break through opposing defenses. It offers a resilient, highly redundant beatdown strategy that quickly recovers from disruption.
