Serpent wip by Atelius

Format: Commander

Commander: The Serpent Society

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The Serpent Society helms a Golgari deathtouch-and-poison deck. The primary plan is to pair Fynn, the Fangbearer with dozens of cheap deathtouch creatures, turning each combat hit into two poison counters. The commander itself provides a resilient deathtouch body, Ward-five-poison deterrent, and a death-trigger sacrifice engine that grinds opponents' boards. Backup paths include infect creatures like Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, Triumph of the Hordes for an alpha strike, and the clunky but real Vorinclex/Vraska ultimate combo. The deck is combat-focused and interactive at sorcery speed, with enough tutors and ramp to assemble its pieces reliably.
