12_Leo, the Balance by K1ng13

Format: Commander

Commander: Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color "Mutant Ninja Turtle" tribal strategy utilizing the "Partner-Character select" mechanic with Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart. The primary game plan is a mid-range "Counters and Tokens" engine that leverages the unique "Sneak" (Ninjutsu-variant) and "Mutagen" mechanics. Leonardo acts as a team-wide anthem and keyword enabler, while Michelangelo provides consistent resource generation through Food and +1/+1 counters. The deck wins by building a wide board of high-power creatures, utilizing Raphael s damage doubling, or executing massive life-loss swings with Shredder, Shadow Master and Dark Leo & Shredder. It thrives on combat-based value, using "Technique" spells to cheat mana costs and maintain tempo.
