Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis combat-spellslinger and burn deck commanded by Fire Lord Azula. The strategy focuses on deploying Azula and attacking to generate {R}{R} firebending mana while triggering her ability to copy every spell cast during combat. The deck leverages flash enablers like Leyline of Anticipation and Vedalken Orrery alongside instant-speed card draw, rituals, and pump spells to generate massive value during combat steps. Payoffs such as Guttersnipe, Veyran, Voice of Duality, Vivi Ornitier, and Storm-Kiln Artist convert these doubled spells into explosive Treasure generation and lethal table-wide burn. High-end win conditions include Thousand-Year Storm and an infinite enter-the-battlefield combo with Dualcaster Mage and Ghostly Flicker. Supported by versatile protection equipment and instant redirection, the deck consistently threatens game-ending turns around Turn 6-7.
