Deck overview

This is a Grixis Wizard spellslinger deck built around Cecily, Haunted Mage. Cecily raises your hand size to eleven and, when she attacks with eleven or more cards in hand, lets you cast an instant or sorcery for free. The deck fills your hand with draw doublers and Magecraft, protects Cecily with cheap equipment that gives hexproof, shroud, flying and unblockable, and then cheats expensive sorceries like Mnemonic Deluge, Fevered Suspicion, Cruel Ultimatum and In Garruk's Wake. Kess, Dissident Mage acts as a hidden commander for graveyard value, while Psychosis Crawler and Scrawling Crawler turn every draw into direct damage to all opponents.
