Deck overview

Led by Edward Kenway, this deck blends Assassin and Pirate tribal aggression with artifact-centric Treasure ramp and Vehicle synergies. The primary strategy focuses on deploying cheap, evasive Assassins, Pirates, and Vehicles in the early turns, establishing board presence to immediately tap for Kenway's end-step Treasure generation once he resolves on Turn 4 or 5. This rapid accumulation of Treasure tokens fuels explosive mid-to-late-game lines, enabling alternate win conditions like Mechanized Production, extra-turn loops with Time Sieve, or storming through the library using Bolas's Citadel. In addition to mana acceleration, Kenway and complementary engines like Adrestia, Adéwalé, Breaker of Chains, and Coastal Piracy provide impulse theft and card advantage. While lacking high-density competitive fast mana or unconditional tutors, the deck maintains resilience through recursion spells like Admiral Brass, Unsinkable and targeted protection from Lightning Greaves and Bolt Bend, steadily converting combat pressure and artifact volume into decisive victories.
