Deck overview

This is a mono-green landfall/ramp deck helmed by The Earth King, whose ETB 4/4 Bear and attack-triggered basic-land tutoring supercharge the deck's core plan: play extra lands, trigger landfall payoffs, and bury opponents in value before closing with a massive trampling swing. The commander turns every power-4+ attack into a multi-land ramp spell, feeding engines like Avenger of Zendikar, Scute Swarm, Rampaging Baloths, and Lotus Cobra. The primary win condition is Craterhoof Behemoth pumping a wide token board, with secondary lines through giant tramplers like Mossborn Hydra and Lumra, Bellow of the Woods. The deck is a classic midrange value engine - extremely consistent at ramping and drawing, but slow to actually close games and nearly defenseless on the stack.
