Eivor, Battle-Ready by MrBooBear

Format: Commander

Commander: Eivor, Battle-Ready

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Boros Equipment/Voltron deck helmed by Eivor, Battle-Ready, a 5/5 with haste and vigilance whose attack trigger deals damage equal to the number of Equipment you control to each opponent. The primary game plan is to suit Eivor up with as much equipment as possible, then leverage haste, double strike, and extra combat phases (Genji Glove, The Spear of Leonidas, Reyav, Master Smith, Halvar, God of Battle) to multiply both the attack-trigger damage and commander damage. Secondary win conditions include the Repercussion + Blasphemous Act combo (with Torbran, Thane of Red Fell and City on Fire amplifying the damage) and combat damage from other equipped creatures like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and Nahiri, Forged in Fury. The deck plays a fast, aggressive game, using haste to attack immediately and trigger-doubling effects to close out games.
