Rocco, Cooker of Slivers by LudNessMonster

Format: Commander

Commander: Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Rocco is a toolbox tutor that builds a Sliver army that wins through stacked combat buffs. The primary plan uses Rocco to find mana slivers (Gemhide, Manaweft) and then anthem slivers (Muscle, Sinew, Megantic) to create a wide board that hits hard with haste, flying, trample and double strike. Secondary paths use group-hug draw (Howling Mine, Rites of Flourishing, Cut a Deal) and Homing Sliver's slivercycling to keep refilling, while Hivestone and Defilers let you cast more slivers cheaply. Rocco is the early tutor engine; Homing Sliver acts as the hidden commander that chains for any missing lord. No infinite combos - you win by turning a critical mass of slivers sideways.
