Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Dragon tribal strategy commanded by The Ur-Dragon. It leverages the passive eminence cost reduction from the command zone alongside a dense package of one-mana mana dorks, rocks, and cost reducers to cast large, impactful Dragons well ahead of normal timing. The primary win condition is an infinite combat loop using Savage Ventmaw and Aggravated Assault, which generates unlimited combat phases and lethal damage in a single turn. Unconditional tutors like Demonic Tutor and Eladamri's Call provide strong consistency in assembling the combo. If the combo pieces are contested, the deck seamlessly transitions into an overwhelming midrange beatdown plan powered by Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Terror of the Peaks, Utvara Hellkite, and Atarka, World Render. High-efficiency protection spells such as Grand Abolisher, Heroic Intervention, and Deflecting Swat ensure key turns succeed with minimal disruption.
