Deck overview

This Jeskai spellslinger deck harnesses Sokka, Tenacious Tactician to convert cheap noncreature spells into a formidable army of 1/1 white Ally tokens. Because Sokka grants all Allies menace and prowess, every instant, sorcery, and artifact cast during your turn simultaneously widens your board and pumps your attacking creatures. A dense package of 1-mana cantrips, 2-mana mana rocks, and efficient cost reducers fuels rapid spell chaining. Redundant token engines such as Monastery Mentor, Third Path Iconoclast, and Young Pyromancer ensure consistent board presence even if the commander is removed. In addition to overwhelming combat steps bolstered by Balmor, Battlemage Captain and Jeskai Ascendancy, the deck contains an infinite storm finish with Storm-Kiln Artist and Haze of Rage. Low-cost counterspells, exile removal, and board protection like Appa, Steadfast Guardian keep your engines intact while dismantling opposing game plans.
