Deck overview

This deck is an optimized Esper reanimator combo strategy helmed by Sefris of the Hidden Ways. The primary game plan revolves around filtering cards through low-cost looters and discard enablers, triggering Sefris to venture through dungeons and reanimate key threats. The deck seeks to cast Buried Alive or leverage self-mill to place Karmic Guide, Reveillark, and a sacrifice outlet such as Altar of Dementia or Viscera Seer into the graveyard. On Turn 5, casting an efficient reanimation spell initiates an infinite loop that mills out all opponents or drains their life totals to zero via repeated dungeon venture triggers from Radiant Solar. The deck features robust protection in the form of cheap countermagic and redundant recursion engines, allowing it to recover swiftly from removal and execute its combo reliably even without casting its commander.
