Deck overview

This deck is a Boros Spellslinger and Burn strategy led by Taii Wakeen, Perfect Shot. The plan revolves around modifying noncombat damage and converting exact-toughness creature kills into steady card advantage. In the early game, the deck deploys low-cost ramp, protection equipment, and pingers such as Electrostatic Field and Fiery Inscription. Once Taii Wakeen is active, cheap sweepers like Blazing Volley and Tectonic Hazard clear opposing utility creatures while refilling your hand. During turns 5 to 7, the deck leverages high-mana turns enabled by Mana Geyser or Storm-Kiln Artist to activate Taii Wakeen for large values of X. This amplifies multi-target burn spells, Grapeshot, and Fiery Confluence into lethal table-wide damage.
