Commander: Zedruu the Greathearted

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Zedruu the Greathearted is a donation-control commander who turns unwanted permanents into card draw and life. The primary plan is to deploy harmful permanents-Illusions of Grandeur, Delusions of Mediocrity, Bronze Bombshell, Grid Monitor, Steel Golem, Aggressive Mining-and give them away with Zedruu, Donate, Harmless Offering, or Bazaar Trader. A secondary theft plan uses Confusion in the Ranks, Dominus of Fealty, Blatant Thievery, and Puca's Mischief to steal opponents' permanents. Iroh, Tea Master acts as a hidden commander, replicating Zedruu's donation trigger while building Ally tokens. The deck wins by attrition: drain with donated enchantments, deck with Thought Lash, or lock out creatures and lands with donated hate permanents.
