Deck overview

This deck is a fast mono-green poison aggro strategy led by Fynn, the Fangbearer. It utilizes a dense suite of 1-mana and 2-mana deathtouch creatures to quickly apply poison counters directly to opponents. By casting a deathtouch creature on Turn 1 and Fynn, the Fangbearer on Turn 2, the deck initiates its poison clock immediately, threatening to eliminate the first opponent as early as Turn 4. To push through blockers, the list runs trample enablers like Rancor and Berserk, evasion lands like Rogue's Passage, and bite spells like Infectious Bite that double as removal and poison distribution. Mid-to-late game support comes from proliferate engines such as Evolution Sage and Bloated Contaminator, alongside top-end threats like Tyrranax Rex and Overwhelming Stampede. The deck excels at applying rapid single-target pressure, though it requires disciplined protection management against creature sweepers to finish the entire table.
