Deck overview

This deck is a four-color spellslinger and combat midrange strategy led by Mister Fantastic. It leverages a dense suite of noncreature spells—such as ramp, removal, and rebound effects—to trigger a team of iconic heroes. The game plan focuses on casting Mister Fantastic early to establish steady card flow at the beginning of each combat step. As mana develops, the deck deploys heavyweight threats like The Thing, Human Torch, and Franklin Richards, Ascendant, utilizing the commander's ability to duplicate critical attack and combat triggers twice. Sweepers like Tragic Arrogance and Promise of Loyalty clear opposing boards asymmetrically, while Taunt from the Rampart goads enemy forces and prevents blocking to secure combat lethality. The deck operates with strong natural redundancy and reliable recovery, though it lacks stack interaction and relies on fair combat damage over multiple turns to eliminate the table.
