Ashaya Saw the Future by 10Deya

Format: Commander

Commander: Ashaya's Enduring Bond

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ashaya's Enduring Bond is a scaling dig engine in a Gruul token-ramp shell. The deck builds a large mana and creature base with landfall pieces, then uses the commander's discover, which grows as commander tax increases, to find or cast top-end threats. It usually wins by overrunning a wide board with Craterhoof Behemoth or Finale of Devastation, with backup lines through ETB damage from Purphoros/Terror of the Peaks and extra combat from Moraug. There is no hidden commander; Ashaya, Soul of the Wild acts as a major support piece by turning nontoken creatures into lands for Gaea's Cradle and Bootleggers' Stash. The main vulnerabilities are a lack of counterspells/mass protection and a somewhat slow, clunky mana base.
