Deck overview

This is an Izzet big-mana spellslinger deck built around the transforming Ashling, Rekindled // Ashling, Rimebound. The commander flips between a looting form and a mana form that produces two mana for mana value 4+ spells, letting the deck chain expensive instants and sorceries turn after turn. The primary plan is to deploy spell-cast payoff engines - Ovika, Enigma Goliath, Manaform Hellkite, Shark Typhoon, Metallurgic Summonings - and copy huge spells with Swarm Intelligence, Double Vision, and Sunbird's Invocation. Wins come from Tellah, Great Sage's 8+ MV burn, Insurrection/Blatant Thievery theft, or a massive token swing. It is a pure value/copy deck: no fast combo, no tutors, relying on raw card volume and mana acceleration to overwhelm the table.
