Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Tovolar, Dire Overlord is the engine of this Gruul werewolf beatdown list. The deck casts the front face as early as turn 3, attacks with multiple Wolves and Werewolves to turn each hit into a card, then uses his nightbound face, Tovolar, the Midnight Scourge, to give trample and pump. There is no hidden commander; Immerwolf and Howlpack Alpha serve as the invisible backbone. Secondary paths are token generation from Wolfbriar Elemental and Cult of the Waxing Moon and a Cleaver Riot double-strike finish. Wins are combat-oriented, relying on board presence, card advantage from combat triggers, and big trampling turns rather than combos.
