Deck overview

This is a general Izzet spellslinger deck centered on Tellah, Great Sage. The commander rewards expensive noncreature spells with two cards, creates Hero tokens, and can convert an eight-mana spell into eight damage to each opponent at the cost of sacrificing itself. The deck supports that plan with two-mana rocks, cost reduction from Goblin Electromancer, card draw, pingers, burn, and spell-copy effects. Its ordinary engine becomes usable around turn 6, but the first genuinely threatening snowball usually needs Tellah, another engine creature, and several qualifying spells, placing critical onset around turn 8. The list has useful interaction but limited tutoring and protection. Dualcaster Mage plus Twinflame is a real two-card token loop, yet access to both cards is inconsistent and it is not the ordinary Tellah route. The deck can generate strong bursts and table-wide chip damage, but it does not reliably complete a three-player kill or create a total lockout.
