Deck overview

This Orzhov Aristocrats deck is commanded by Elenda, the Dusk Rose. The core strategy revolves around establishing a sacrifice outlet such as Viscera Seer or Bartolomé del Presidio, deploying death-drain triggers like Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, and Mirkwood Bats, and growing Elenda into a substantial threat. When Elenda dies, she converts her power into a swarm of 1/1 lifelink Vampire tokens that either overwhelm opponents in combat or are sacrificed for lethal table-wide drain. The deck runs a heavy removal suite capable of exiling troublesome permanents and triggering morbid effects, alongside asymmetric grave-attrition pieces like Butcher of Malakir and Martyr's Bond. While resilient against standard destroy sweepers, the deck is vulnerable to exile-based removal and lacks countermagic to protect its board.
