Deck overview

This is a tightly constructed Esper artifact-combo deck commanded by Noctis, Prince of Lucis, who turns the graveyard into a second hand for artifacts at a life cost. The primary game plan is to assemble the classic Thopter Foundry + Sword of the Meek + Krark-Clan Ironworks loop, producing infinite mana, thopter tokens, and life, then deploying a payoff such as Walking Ballista or Aetherflux Reservoir. The deck is loaded with artifact tutors, strong recursion (Emry, Lurker of the Loch, Emet-Selch of the Third Seat, Sevinne's Reclamation), and a dense interaction suite of spot removal and a few counterspells. It also has a secondary extra-turn plan via Time Sieve and an alternate win in Mechanized Production. The commander is a value engine, not a required piece, so the deck can execute its plan without him.
