Commander: Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn is a GW lifegain/+1/+1 counter deck. The primary plan is to gain life every turn with Soul Warden effects, lifelink creatures, and token generators, then use Lathiel's end-step trigger to turn that life into a towering board. Secondary paths are the infinite-life combos of Spike Feeder with Heliod, Sun-Crowned, Archangel of Thune, or Heroic Feast, finished by Walking Ballista or Aetherflux Reservoir, and Angel of Destiny as a slower alternate kill. Heliod acts as a second combo anchor, but there is no hidden commander. Lathiel is a value multiplier, not a required combo piece.
