Commander: Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Breeches, Brazen Plunderer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Breeches, Brazen Plunderer form an aggressive Izzet tempo and combo shell. Malcolm converts Pirate combat and ping damage into Treasure tokens, while Breeches provides continuous card advantage by exiling and casting opponents' cards. The deck ramps quickly through early evasive Pirates to establish a commanding board state. Its primary win condition is an infinite damage loop combining Malcolm with artifact damage pingers like Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist, or Hedron Detonator turned into Pirates via Runed Stalactite or Maskwood Nexus. Secondary lines leverage mass combat damage through Shared Animosity, extra combats with Port Razer, or Insurrection.
