Commander: The Tenth Doctor and Clara Oswald

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a time-counter/suspend value deck built around The Tenth Doctor and Clara Oswald. Clara doubles Doctor triggered abilities, so a single attack (from any creature) makes The Tenth Doctor exile and suspend two nonland cards instead of one. The Ninth Doctor's extra upkeeps, Amy Pond, Time Beetle, Rotating Fireplace, and Tenth's {7} time travel accelerate those suspended cards into free spells. The primary finish is combat from suspended flyers (Star Whale, Dinosaurs on a Spaceship, Judoon Enforcers) plus Kate Stewart Soldier tokens and The War Doctor direct damage. Kate Stewart effectively acts as the hidden commander for the combat payoff. Gallifrey Stands is not a reliable alternate win because the deck cannot realistically reach thirteen Doctors.
