Deck overview

Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might // Temple of Power is the heart of a mono-red burn-clock deck. The front face converts every red source's noncombat damage to 4, so a Goblin token entering under Impact Tremors or Purphoros becomes a 4-damage shock to each opponent, and direct burn spells punch above their text. The back face works as a comeback land after his death; the deck can pay {2}{R} to re-transform once red sources have dealt 4 noncombat damage. The primary plan is to land Ojer early, then chain token makers and burn spells. Secondary paths are Purphoros/Impact Tremors go-wide, an Underworld Breach-Wheel recursion loop, and explosive midgame damage from Chandra, Hope's Beacon, Chandra's Ignition, and Fiery Emancipation. No hidden commander; the deck is built around the front face.
