Deck overview

This deck is a four-color control build commanded by Atraxa, Praetors' Voice that blends proliferate synergies, toxic/infect counters, stun mechanics, and stax pieces. The main game plan establishes early mana fixing, applies initial poison counters to each opponent using cards like Ichor Rats or Infectious Inquiry, and then uses Atraxa and supporting engines like Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus or Inexorable Tide to proliferate those counters to ten. Simultaneously, disruptive permanents such as Archon of Emeria, Drana and Linvala, and stun-tappers lock down opposing attacks and spell velocity. While the deck boasts high redundancy and flexible interaction across the stack and battlefield, its win conditions require sustained board presence over multiple turns, making it vulnerable to sweepers and careful spot removal.
