Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-red Dragon tribal midrange strategy commanded by Lathliss, Dragon Queen. The game plan revolves around spending the early turns setting up mana rocks and tribal cost reducers like Dragonspeaker Shaman and Herald's Horn to accelerate into high-mana Dragon threats. Once Lathliss enters on Turn 5, every subsequent nontoken Dragon produces a 5/5 flying Dragon token, rapidly doubling the board's offensive presence. Damage multipliers and haste enablers such as Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas, and Terror of Mount Velus convert this token production into burst damage and lethal aerial combat, closing the game around Turn 8. While the deck possesses massive combat pressure and effective creature-based board wipes, it lacks stack interaction, enchantment removal, and protection spells, leaving its high-cost threats vulnerable to targeted removal and sweepers.
