Commander: Hazel of the Rootbloom

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Hazel of the Rootbloom helms a Golgari token and aristocrats deck that floods the board with Squirrel tokens and converts them into massive mana and lethal damage. The primary win condition revolves around infinite creature generation using Ivy Lane Denizen and Scurry Oak, creating unbounded Squirrel tokens and counters. Alternatively, Chatterfang, Squirrel General combines with Pitiless Plunderer and a sacrifice outlet like Ashnod's Altar or Viscera Seer to drain the table with Blood Artist, Dina, Soul Steeper, or The Meathook Massacre. If combo lines are disrupted, the deck pivots to overwhelming combat damage with overrun effects like Preposterous Proportions, Akroma's Memorial, or massive swings boosted by Earl of Squirrel.
