Celes, the Infinite by sanwixh

Format: Commander

Commander: Celes, Rune Knight

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Mardu deck is a graveyard aristocrats-combo list built around Celes, Rune Knight. The primary plan is to find a persist creature (Putrid Goblin or Murderous Redcap), a sacrifice outlet (Altar of Dementia, Goblin Bombardment, Viscera Seer), and a +1/+1-counter source, usually Celes herself or First Day of Class, so that persist loops repeat and a mill or drain effect ends the game. Secondary paths are beatdown with Ragavan and Celes, plus enter triggers with Impact Tremors. Celes is the draw engine and counter enabler; Gev, Scaled Scorch acts as a secondary commander-level enabler in the 99, but the deck is built primarily around Celes.
